Implementation of a Waste Oil Recycling Program

As federal, state, and local regulations regarding waste disposal become more stringent, the need to address current disposal practices for waste aircraft engine lubricants and other fluid wastes has become a major issue. The purpose of this Air Force sponsored study [ I ] is to examine recycling as an alternative to current disposal methods and the steps required to implkment and monitor recycling programs at a variety of facilities.
